If you wish to register your department/team as a member, you may do so here and send in your department dues($200.00 a year) at the same time. Department information and contact information is required. Member departments receive 8 current membership gifts for their personnel.

Departments will receive verification of membership by mail, a total of 8 current membership gifts for the department, as well as notifications of any new discounted items from sponsors. Your membership is not complete until payment and registration documents are received.
